‘In the Grey’ is a damn good time at the cinema, a breezy heist pic that goes on with its own schemes with such confidence that you can’t help but be swept along.

‘The Bride!’ is a creation run rampant, stitching together dozens of different, disparate elements, forming a monstrous (and monstrously entertaining) whole. For better and for worse, there's nothing else quite like it.

‘Road House’ is too ecstatic to show us the intense high-octane action set pieces that it forgets to let the characters grow.
